Any service that the dealer can do, LSOM can do explicitly, excellently and at a very fair price. So, all of you Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari and any other foreign car owners (especially for an oil change and for your oil change indicator to be reset without going to the dealership) this is the automotive shop to go to. I'm so glad I finally made the trek out to Little Shop of Motors. It's a little over an hour from my house, but this shop seems to be well known in the Mini community as one of the best and most affordable. Due to the distance and my schedule I kept putting it off, but when i woke up with an oil leak yesterday I knew I had to do something and didn't want to bring it to the place I've previously taken it to due to the cost. Yesterday I was on the verge of getting rid of my car, but now I think after finding Edward and the Little Shop of Motors I'm more likely to hang onto it. Edward is a very professional and top level mechanic of BMW and other german cars. He diagnosed my bmw problem within seconds when the other mechanics failed to do so for days. Heard about this place from a Facebook Group and so glad I did. Had an error code and I needed it looked at so I can get it inspected. Edward the owner was not only extremely knowledgeable, he thoroughly inspected the vehicle pointing out potential issues, making me aware of what to expect, quickly discovered an important bolt missing from rear brake caliper which could have been dangerous, and assisted with some lighting and code issues. If you have a Mini Cooper this is the absolute BEST shop to go to. Edward and his team are fantastic, they love cars, and it shows in their work. I took my newly bought used Mini to them and they did a complete OBD diagnostic scan on it, raised it up and inspected it top to bottom, and then made suggestions based on their findings while showing me WHY he made those suggestions. They carry top of the line parts because that's what they put in their cars. I wound up following his recommendations and am glad I did. I still smile every time I drive! I got a new turbo, a downpipe, and an ECU tune. Looking forward to when they get a dyno installed! Again, Top Notch service and friendly folks. Best around!

All I need to say is that Edward and the service technicians are honest and do great quality work. I know this because in the few times I've been there, they could have charged me for certain repairs, but they didn't. In fact, some very small items that I didn't mention (like a small leaking o-ring, loose bolt, etc.), they found themselves and fixed free of charge and just let me know afterwards. In my pre- and post-repair discussions with them, I could tell that they're are sincerely knowledgable and experienced, and do excellent quality work. The labor rate is reasonable, and they also don't overcharge for parts - instead they've used OE/OEM parts upon request which are the same parts as original, simply minus the brand logo. Definitely will be going there again for my next repair - which, when you own an old German car, will be sooner than you expect ;)

My car engine light came on and I called Edward right away. Note this was @4pm and they close at 6pm. I took it in for a diagnostics test to see what was going on and Edward was very honest by stating that they could not figure it out and would reset the computer. We started taking our BMW to Edward at Little Shop in 2014 when the dealership warranty expired. Everyone there is professional, the shop is the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever seen, they do a fantastic job, and the price is always significantly lower than the dealership price. I recently had a bad experience with the dealership (when I was lured there with special discounts). We got all of the fluids flushed and changed. Within 10 minutes after picking up the car, the engine coolant light came on. They said it was a "fluke" and wanted to charge $$$ for a water pump. I called Edward and he gave me very good advice on how to handle the situation, and we ended up paying only for the water pump parts - not labor. Because of Edward's knowledge and honesty, we will never again take our car to the dealer - We are Little Shop only customers now!

My wife and I took her VW Bug in for repairs recently. And I can tell ya Edward the owner really goes above and beyond for he?s customers! 5 - stars for service and installation. Also 5 - stars for the Little Coffee Bar as well. (great espressos!) We highly recommend coming here.

This place is super legit. Edward Morales (owner) and his team provided excellent service and quality support for my Mini Countryman S. Just to mention Edward is an Army Veteran, like myself, so quality and performance in his field is highly respectable. I had initially gone across 59 to Momentum Mini/BMW for an engine light that came on and a slow turnover when starting my vehicle. Upon diagnoses it ended up being a Vanos solenoid that was wreaking havoc. With that being said Momentum Mini/BMW wanted to replace the part, retime cams, and tinker around for only God knows how long. Cost alone would have shot passed a couple thousand with parts, labor, and car rental. Lucky enough I go to Little Shop of Motors, first handily speak to the owner about the issue, and voila. a couple hours later my car starts on a dime, engine light gone, and a fraction of the cost spent due to Edwards wisdom and advice. Over the last 10 years I have taken all 5 of my cars to this shop and have always received an honest answer about the condition of my vehicle, the options including cost to repair, and estimated time of completion. Wow wow, I am so glad I found LSOM for both my BMW's service needs. Ed and his team are very down to earth and laid back people. My X5 requires rare differential fluid that guys at LSOM supplied within 30 minutes. Little Shop of Motors is one of the very best independent automotive shops especially for any foreign vehicles. Any service that the dealer can do, LSOM can do explicitly, excellently and at a very fair price. So, all of you Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari and any other foreign car owners (especially for an oil change and for your oil change indicator to be reset without going to the dealership) this is the automotive shop to go to. I'd give this shop 10 out of 10 if it was possible.
